Are we offering work experience and internships too?

Internships and/or work experience may be available prior to commencing your Rotation Program based on both business and individual circumstances.  We encourage you to discuss this with your recruiting manager if you are interested in this opportunity.

What is the recruitment process for the Graduate Program?

The recruitment process begins by submitting your application including resume and cover letter online through our website or job platforms. The process varies for different programs but may consists of initial phone screens, group and one on one interviews, group activities and information sessions.

What does a successful application look like?

A successful application will include a resume and cover letter tailored to the job advertisement. Thoroughly read the advertisement and ensure that your skills and experience match the requirements of the role. This includes making sure your degree is included in our targeted degrees for that Graduate role. Customise your resume and cover letter to highlight your key attributes, skills and experience and how they align with the role and our company. Proof-read everything.

Do I have to complete my degree?

Yes. Degrees must be completed in full. (minus vacation work and internships).

Where will I be based throughout the program?

All roles are Brisbane based with the opportunity for regional ration/exposure dependent on the role

Each Rotation Program will provide you the opportunity to gain both a breadth and depth of experience across your field of expertise.  Where possible, we will provide you the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the business through a variety of learning experiences.
