Parts available when promised, or receive up to $1000* Cat credit
Let us know when you need the parts.
If you need maintenance parts, they will arrive as soon as the next business day.
If you need repair parts, they will arrive as soon as the second business day.
If your parts don’t arrive on time, you’ll receive Cat Credits for the value of the parts up to $1000.
Service Response
Service response when promised or receive Cat credits for up to 2 hours* of labour.
Let us know when you need planned service such as preventive maintenance, and we will be there.
You’ll receive second business day technician response to fix or diagnose unplanned (breakdown) repairs
If we’re unable to make the appointment or we reschedule the date, you’ll receive Cat credits for up to 2 hours labour.
Priority planned service response with our CVA Service Commitment. Hastings Deering will be there when promised or receive Cat Credits for up to 2 hours* labour.
