GENERAL MANAGER - STRATEGY

Alicia joined Hastings Deering in 2020 and is a member of the Executive Leadership team. Alicia is responsible for portfolio strategy and growth across the Australasian side of the Industrial business, which includes Hastings Deering along with other organisations within the Industrial Solutions Group. Alicia has had over 20 years of strategy experience, joining us most recently from mining services company Orica where she was Head of Market Strategy and Planning for Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Alicia held multiple senior roles with advisory firms Ernst and Young, PwC and Deloitte, focusing on strategy development, portfolio growth, M&A and market dynamics. Alicia has worked across the globe with extensive experience in London, Mainland Europe and Asia. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business, a Bachelor of Communication, and a Masters of Marketing from Monash University. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Queensland and is a guest lecturer in the Executive MBA program. Alicia is also a member of Women on Boards and has held multiple board roles in the Not For Profit Sector
