Parts available when promised, or receive up to $1000* Cat credit 

• Let us know when you need the parts. 

• PM Parts: If you need maintenance parts, they will arrive as soon as the next business day. 

• Repair Parts: If you need repair parts, they will arrive as soon as the second business day. 

• If your parts don’t arrive on time, you’ll receive Cat Credits for the value of the parts up to $1000. 

Service Response 

Service response when promised or receive Cat credits for up to 2 hours* of labour. 

• Priority planned service response with our CVA Service Commitment. Hastings Deering will be there when promised or receive Cat Credits for up to 2 hours* labour.

If we’re unable to make the appointment or we reschedule the date, you’ll receive Cat credits for up to 2 hours labour.
