The Cat® 24 Motor Grader continues the Caterpillar tradition of leading the industry in enabling you to build and maintain your haul roads to maximise mine-site productivity and lower overall owning and operating costs. The largest of the Cat motor graders on the market, the 73-tonne Cat 24 boasts a wealth of innovative features and is designed to help roadworks businesses get more work done in less time while keeping operators and team members safe and comfortable, in and out of the cab. If you’re looking for a reliable motor grader with maximised performance and innovative technology that pushes profits, the Cat 24 is sure to tick all your boxes.

The Cat 24 grader harnesses the power of the renowned Cat C27 ACERT engine. This engine provides enhanced altitude capabilities and consistent power-to-the-ground that changes real-time engine power levels to offset cooling fan losses and provide optimum performance at all times, independent of external ambient conditions. With an 11% weight increase, the new Cat 24 delivers greater blade-down pressure and more traction than the Cat 24M, and with Cat GRADE Control that helps operators maintain the desired cross slope, this results in an improved performance that translates into faster and more efficient work with each pass, and greater profits.

As a Cat motor grader, the Cat 24 features the latest asset protection and performance-enhancing technologies to improve operator productivity and haul road quality. These include articulation eStop, second-generation steering system, engine overspeed and underspeed, and ripper auto stow. Additionally, the Cat 24 motor grader is MineStar™ ready and includes features like Cat Product Link™ Elite and VIMS™ that deliver optimised equipment management, machine availability and component life, along with remote monitoring capabilities. These features help to reduce repair costs while mitigating against the risk of a catastrophic machine failure.
