Ensure that the Asset is installed with the necessary telematic technology and network connectivity for that Asset to provide HDAL with health and productivity data.
Source Cat preventative maintenance parts from Hastings Deering as required for the machine as specified in the Operation and Maintenance Manual from HDAL
Register to join the HDAdvantage Inform, Advise or Partner solutions by signing the Customer Authorisation form and paying the annual subscription fee where applicable
Provide required scheduled fluid sampling for analysis for the Asset (as specified in the Operation and Maintenance Manual) to HDAL or Undertake an annual Cat® Inspect TA1 inspection with the Cat Inspect App
You can also access HDAdvantage on your existing machine. All you have to do is contact our Technology Support Team* or Hasting Deering Representative to find a suitable solution for your machine and operation.
Note: Cat Product Link telematic devices have been fitted as standard on most Cat products since 2019. Please contact our Technology Support Team* or Hastings Deering Representative to confirm your machine has a working telematic device already installed.
Accessing HDAdvantage
Enrollment occurs at point of machine delivery for new and Cat Certified Used machines by signing the HDAdvantage Customer Authorisation Forms provided by your Hastings Deering representative.
For existing fleet, contact your Hastings Deering representative to register for HDAdvantage and complete the simple Customer Authorisation forms.

Proactive advice from a Condition Monitoring Analyst (CMA) when the machine generates an event or produces a fluid sample requiring attention.
Pro-active condition monitoring through a dedicated CMA correlating oil sample and electronic health and event fault code data in order to provide maintenance, component replacement, application, and repair recommendations to help improve reliability, safety and reduce total costs of ownership of your asset.
Condition Monitoring Methodology: Event based CMA advise and recommendations
Fluid Analysis: CMA correlation of existing lab results with electronic data cross referencing asset health data to provide in-depth recommendation. (SOS sample kits & Laboratory services charges are not included within this service)

HD360 Feature - Critical Fault Alerts
Critical fault alerts are sent in HD360 when you have a current HDAdvantage™ Inform Condition Monitoring Agreement.
This feature will notify you and your business of critical alerts on your connected assets in HD360 and provide recommendations on how to resolve your alert.
Also included in this feature is access to:
Requesting a service for an asset
Requesting a call back from our Conditioning Monitoring team
Viewing a historical summary of the alerts on the asset
Important to note that if you have a premium HDAdvantage™ (Advise or Partner) you will not receive the critical alerts in HD360, and be contacted by our CMA team directly who will be able to provide you with further information about the alert and how to resolve it.
