We have implemented a web-based automated credit application, with focus on opening trading accounts for approved customers within 48 hours. Approved applicants will be automatically registered and directed to Partstore, ensuring immediate access to online parts ordering. Local sales reps will be assigned to your account to ensure your business requirements have our immediate support.

Applicants can expect to complete the application in about 10 minutes. However, dependent on the credit limit requested, additional documentation will be required before the account is ready for trading. This information is listed in the credit application, and includes:

  • ABN or ACN;
  • Directors/Partners/Sole Proprietors information, which includes a copy of Drivers Licence, DOB and private address for each person;
  • Customers accounts payable contact details including postal and email address, and recipient address for invoice copies;
  • Audited Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss) for credit limits exceeding $100K; and
  • Credit limits exceeding $100K will require a guarantee to be provided before the account will be released for trade.
