Hastings Deering is a Nationally Recognised Training Facility

The Hastings Deering Institute of Technology (HDIT) is a Registered Training Organisation, (NTIS 31447). We provide nationally recognised training and assessment services to Certificate IV level across a range of industry specific areas.

We have two permanent campuses, located in Brisbane and Mackay. Should your business require it, we will travel to you.

We offer a range of accredited and non accredited short courses designed to address the needs of Queensland’s mining and construction industries.
