•  Restores track group to original pitch
•  Pressure test each joint as per Caterpillar specifications
•  Fill each joint with Caterpillar specified fully synthetic oil
•  Check each joint for correct end play as per Caterpillar specifications
•  Install track shoes and bolts using Caterpillar specified torque procedure.
•  All repairs carried out by Caterpillar certified Undercarriage Shops

• Relug Track Shoes:
-  Provides as new track shoe performance at 60% of new price
-  Same wear life as a new track shoe

• Idler Rebuilds:
- Provides as new idler performance at 60% of new price
- Same wear life as a new idler group.
- Pressure test and lubricate the idler
- Replace all toric rings and seals
- Covered by Caterpillar Undercarriage assurance

• Roller Reshell:
- Provides new wear surface priced at 25% less than a new group.
- Same wear life as a new roller group
- Pressure test and lubricate roller
- Replace all toric rings and seals
- Covered by Caterpillar Undercarriage assurance
