Custom Track Service (CTS) is what Hastings Deering provide for your undercarriage.  At no cost to Cat machine owners, our Caterpillar trained Product Support Representatives will measure all wearing surfaces on your undercarriage and provide you with a detailed report on the undercarriage condition.  Our Product Support Representatives take into account your machine application, operation techniques and business requirements and investigate all facets of the machine as the undercarriage is just one of many systems that are important to productive machine operation.  All your options are discussed with you and recommendations are made and in conjunction with our Caterpillar Undercarriage Repair shop, your undercarriage is refurbished to factory standards.
