Safety first
Hastings Deering is launching a new campaign
aimed at spreading a “single, visible message” about safety across the
whole company.
General Manager Branch Operations Noel Langton
says the “Safety First” campaign also strongly aligns with the global
message coming from CaterpillarĀ®.
HD’s Marketing Department has developed
a package to be rolled out across the company including posters, banners,
decals and stickers to promote the importance of safety to all employees.
“Safety continues to be the number one strategic
critical success factor, and this campaign is about delivering a consistent
message to everybody. It will also go out to our customers when they
purchase or rent machines from us.”
The campaign also includes a number of statements
on the accountability of all employees for safety in the work place.
