You couldn't ask for a better start to your new career. As one of the largest employers of apprentices in Queensland and the Northern Territory, Hastings Deering has all the resources and facilities to get your career moving.
During your apprenticeship, you'll learn about the repair, servicing and maintenance of a massive range of Caterpillar equipment, engines and power systems. You'll be rotated through various departments, including the Engine, Drivetrain, Equipment Assembly, Weld Shop, Fuel Pump Test Cell and On-Highway Truck workshops, so at the end of your training you'll be a qualified Caterpillar expert with a nationally recognised trade qualification.
Applications for the 2014 Hastings Deering Apprenticeship Scheme have now closed. Please visit the Catjobs Facebook page in the future for information about the 2015 intake.
